Event in a Box

Our services can make your next small gathering so much easier! We have many rental options available, and we will get them ready to go in our trailer. We will drop off everything from the trailer to you to make your next party super simple. You can choose to include set-up if you would like or there is a DIY option where you can set yourself. We have many ala carte options and someone to help plan or order if you need that. If you are interested in a quote, please fill out the questionnaire. We will get back to you shortly with a bid and make sure the date is available! For our 2026, we will have no delivery fees within the Twin Cities Metro Area.

Tables

Round tables that fit 8 guests per table. Rectangular 6-foot tables for food tables and 4-foot tables for any other guest book or gift table needs.

White Folding Chairs

Folding chairs to accompany our tables, if you need some extra seating or in the need of the perfect ceremony chair.

Linens

We have cloth table linens if you would like something a bit stronger. You can provide your own plastic table cloths or we will help to arrange ones to be ready in your box when we deliver.

Decor

We have been in the wedding business for over 10 years, so please ask us what we have. We have vases and decor, we can do floral and backdrops! Any planning needed can be added as well!
